Soft Tissue Work: Many of our patients benefit from soft tissue work. Hypertonic muscles, which can occur due to the body's fantastic protective mechanisms, are addressed during chiropractic appointments. However, we also offer dedicated soft tissue sessions.
One-on-One Yoga Classes: During these personlised sessions, we discuss any specific areas of concern you may have and target these during the session. These are ideally if recovering from an injury or as an introduction to yoga.
Weekly Group Yoga Sessions: Join our evening group classes, suitable for various abilities, body shapes, and sizes. We often explore themes or work on specific peak poses while emphasizing mindful movement. We are looking at adding more sessions.
