World Wellbeing Week

Last week was World Wellbeing Week and to support it we have been doing daily posts about how to improve your wellbeing, as well as answering some of your questions.


We have discussed how movement makes people feel better, even if it is dancing in the kitchen to Glastonbury.

How water lubricates joints, improves skin, regulates body temperature, and helps with the production of neurotransmitters

We have also shared videos on our socials on how a blanket or pillow can help with back pain, as well as some simple morning exercises.
